Control Links, Bushes and Spherical Bearings
GMT offer a range of bushes and spherical bearings which are used in numerous Railway applications including control links to provide radial, axial, torsional and conical stiffness.
GMT Control Links
GMT Control Links provide axle location and resistance to braking and traction forces. Control links can be supplied in various lengths and configurations complete with Spherical Bearings or Bushes to suit loading requirements.
GMT Bushes
GMT offer a wide range of bushes for use in various railway applications. Some examples of GMT bushes include flanged bushes, interleaf bushes and bushes with lugs. GMT bushes are usually fully bonded and de-stressed to improve performance.
GMT Spherical Bearings
GMT offer a wide range of spherical bearings in various designs including with lugs, inserted into metal sleeves, segmented metals and parallel or tapered bores.
Spherical bearings are used in a wide range of applications in the rail industry including control links as they offer stiffness in radial, torsional and conical directions.
