Our wide and specially developed range of products includes vibration and noise isolators for aggregate screening and shaking plants, hoppers and crushers.
Depending on the application, these parts help to protect fabricated structures in the surrounding area from ground-borne shock and vibration whilst also ensuring that the machinery runs smoothly.
For aggregate screening and shaking plants we can offer a wide range of foundation buffers and battery rubbers to support both the shock impacts and sideways movement induced during loading and sieving.
For crushing plant, we can offer a range of heavy duty, low installation height mountings to aid stability of machinery. In compression these high capacity mountings can be subjected to relatively high shock loads, whilst in the softer shear direction they aid movement and therefore dissipation of heat.
As well as providing shock protection, GMT conveyor mounts offer reduction in noise and vibration as well as compensation for minor misalignments in the system.
